Review on CVJ CSA IEM: High-Fidelity Wired Earphone with Dual DD and 1BA Drivers, Resin Cavity for Clear Sound and Enhanced Bass - White (with Mic) by Melinda Phillips

I only got them a few days ago and despite my immediate love for their sound signature and feel I was starting to run into a few issues. A few compliments first before I go into that a bit. The sound signature was unrealistic for the price. Over the years I've tried over $1,000 worth of headphones, some ranging from audiophile quality to low-quality, overpriced junk. The soundstage and cost of these units based on their sound quality alone would justify the $28.99 I paid for them. Everything about them seemed better than the quality I usually get for things like this, especially at this price point. From the wooden box they came in to the high quality plastic casing of the item itself, I was reasonably confident in my purchase decision until less than 48 hours of receipt. I've always bought headphones with non-detachable cables so being able to remove them and replace the cable if the cable breaks was a huge plus for me as it's usually the first thing I kill with my headphones. Unfortunately, this feature is a big problem, at least for the pair I bought. The cable entry on the iems doesn't have a strong enough connection and keeps falling off when I move and fall off the cable more than once. Due to my brief use with these items I have no choice but to return them and request a refund as I believe my pair is defective. Hopefully I'm in the minority with my experience, but I'd recommend looking for other items in this price range rather than starting with this pair.
