Great product but includes a poor foot pump

The balance ball is well made and sturdy. My only criticism is the included foot pump which is basically worthless. It would have taken hours to inflate the ball using it, so I instead used a bicycle pump and was done in a few minutes.

Pros

Helps promote relaxation and reduce stress.

Cons

The half exercise ball may become too easy or predictable after frequent use

Very durable. Took a couple minutes to inflate but super easy. Was afraid to inflate it a lot but I pushed it to its limit for my fiancé’s weight because he wanted it inflated more, and it was perfectly fine. Great for me (120lbs) and even my fiancé (205lbs). Perfect product for home workouts.
