I've had a difference. It burned but wasn't painful. For example when you eat spicy food and it gets on your lips. It moisturizes. I haven't had it for so long. So I'm not sure I would have made a big difference. It was about 25-30 minutes on. I showered after putting it on to wash it off in case I had a reaction but nothing. The burning stops after a while. My lips get a little red around them but I have sensitive skin. Makes your lips soft too. There is no direction, the bottle is about an inch high. Not worth 10€ for me because it is so small. But maybe I'm cheap. Lol But just give it a try if you're wondering what it will do to yours. All different.
