Updated review added to original. So I had a problem with my screen protector because my case had ripped it off badly and things were getting underneath. When I emailed support, they responded very quickly and sent me a new screen protector. They were so nice and helpful. I will definitely continue to use this product and do business with this company. Original Review: Well I just got this and so far OMG I love it. The installation tray was awesome and made the installation of this screen protector perfect, it was super easy. I've never used it and all I did was put the screen protector in the tray and it fitted my phone perfectly. I was surprised. There were no fingerprints, no blisters, nothing. It fits my phone and case perfectly and when I touch it feels like a real phone screen. I still love this protection and hope it lasts and continues to protect my phone as it says. My keys don't get stuck when typing, which is a big plus. love love love I am now a lifetime customer for sure.
