Not what I expected from $300 headphones.

These headphones are a total disappointment. At every turn they fell short of my expectations for $300 headphones. Comparing Bluetooth to my Windows 10 computer was terrible, not only was it terribly difficult for me to even properly connect the headphones to my computer, but after hours of fiddling with settings the audio quality in the gaming headphones was absolutely pathetic. Headphones are not designed for gaming, as advertised by modern standards, as they must be used in headset mode, which disables the stereo surround sound feature. Adding to this heartbreaking flaw is that the quality of the microphone was unacceptable for use on a computer and when used on my mobile phone. Any person I spoke to while using these headphones on both my PC and phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) couldn't hear me clearly over the Bluetooth connection or the included wired microphone, regardless of my distance to the microphone input. Even when listening to music with headphones, both Bluetooth and wired, the sound quality was average at best. The advertised noise-cancelling features are grossly exaggerated, to the point where I wonder why they even mention noise-cancelling attributes. It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this because I really liked the first version of these headphones. The original fades were an absolute marvel, and their second version doesn't even come close to the quality or consistency I expected from them. Don't bother using these headphones for voice communication, your money is better spent elsewhere.
