I like that it is easy to share my code with anyone in our organization, which has been great for collaborating! It's also very helpful when we have people who are new at coding (or even those without any formal training) because they can use this program as an "introduction" into programming/data science - there really isn't anything else out there quite similar enough or intuitive enough from their perspective yet.
There aren't many options available if you don't want something more complicated than what comes by default; but once again -- not everyone wants another IDE just so they could do simple things quickly. If your team uses Python regularly then using jupyerhub will be easier since all of them would already know how to work through it easily. We're now able to collaborate much better among different teams within our orgs.
