The best way to share my findings with others in an easy manner, without having them install any software or spend their time downloading files from some website! It is very user-friendly as well - I can easily write notes while reading articles online (which helps me understand things even better)and just give it away by sharing through links/email etc! I like that it is easy to share my code with anyone in our organization, which has been great for collaborating! It's also very helpful when we have people who are new at coding (or even those without any formal training) because they can use this program as an "introduction" into programming/data science - there really isn't anything else out there quite similar enough or intuitive enough from their perspective yet. I like that it's open source, easy to use, has many different options for data analysis and visualization. It is also very well documented which makes learning how to use it much easier than other tools in this space. The UI could be more intuitive. For example, when you create an environment with multiple notebooks there are tabs at the top of each notebook but they don't link together so if you want to edit one you have to go back into your hub and then navigate down again.
