No m'am. way too small.
After reading the reviews, I went with the 7/8. My daughter is a tall 5 year old. So, I figured if this size was good for a 9 year old, she would ok. (Especially since everyone said it shrunk after first wash.) This dress will fill my daughter's my size Barbie perfectly. Way too small! Have to send it back.
