Review on Amuse Barista Latte – A Premium Coffee Delight by Phillip Hoover

I originally wanted to buy Starbucks cups for my partner. I got this whole set for the price of 1-2 Starbucks cups. They are bright white and complement many popular restaurant-style white dishes. This 16 ounce size is large but not oversized. If you prefer big cups of coffee, go for 20 oz. They are larger than the mugs that come with most dinnerware sets. They have a certain weight - just enough to feel sturdy, but not too heavy. I could comfortably fit 3 fingers in the handle. Some mugs don't heat water well in the microwave. (The mug heats up, but the water doesn't.) I tested this mug about 2/3 full of water in the microwave for 1.5 minutes on high. The water was boiling. I could handle a mug without an oven mitt. The body of the mug was very hot. This set would make a great housewarming gift. Higher quality at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. (By the way, my partner, who isn't the most effusive of men, says they're "very cute". Kudos to him. :-)
