Paul ripped off the old hands, then the nut holding the engine by the snout at the back. Pull out the old motor. Insert a new one. Be sure to check the length of the arrows provided. Depending on the provider, they are available in different lengths. The product came very quickly, well packaged. Just install, put in a battery and hang back.
