They work! for accessories
They were great, although the radial cross sometimes lifted off the magnet a bit when used. It's only a weak magnet, but you can easily glue this piece to a magnet if you want it to be permanent. The other magnetic d-pad worked fine and appeared to be of better quality than the stock one. They were easy to install!
