They work! for accessories

They were great, although the radial cross sometimes lifted off the magnet a bit when used. It's only a weak magnet, but you can easily glue this piece to a magnet if you want it to be permanent. The other magnetic d-pad worked fine and appeared to be of better quality than the stock one. They were easy to install!

Exactly as described, the disc pad comes off with too much force

This is a cheap alternative to the Xbox Elite Controller. Good quality details. However, the disk thumb pad comes off with excessive force in either direction, but I believe this is a defect in the controller itself as the faceplate was not intended for this mod. Would buy again.

Make sure all 4 magnets are on the back of the depad.

. Easy to install tweezers caught it and I haven't lost it but then again I can't find anything with it and yes the tips are metal not plastic thankfully

Good replacement for a plastic directional pad

Exactly what I needed, my directional pad appeared brand new. The plastic contacts under the previous dpad I had wore out and started messing up my Tekken fights. I bought this for a regular XB ONE controller and can say it really suits it. I just realized that I lost the round part of the directional pad from this pack. I'm going to look now. but i doubt i will lol.

A nice way to turn any Xbox One controller into a semi-elite Xbox One controller : P

The magnets are a little weak if you hold the round D-pad and push in a diagonal direction and they weren't loose on the back of the green d-pad case so they were all glued together and when I placed them they seemed square but then I realized some of them were narrower than others so I rotated those loose and they fit better . They are slightly wider in one direction and I would recommend using super glue to attach the magnets. Other than that, it's just amazing!

A nice, simple 3 piece kit that would make a good upgrade for a regular controller or a decent Elite replacement.
