Terrible and broken

Terrible. I had to replace two within 14 months. The first one failed a month after the warranty expired. The replacement didn't work right away. Listen to customer reviews and stay away from this brand. Nature Power's customer service was not helpful either. The representative kept repeating "this is not a guarantee". They are afraid that they will sell defective goods for quite a lot of money. My new replacement is a different, more respected brand.
