Not suitable for lying on your stomach
This is a nice pillow, but impractical to use. He's too big for his stomach. My granddaughter is about 16 pounds now and she can't use that time for her tummy. She's shaped like a literal L and her hands don't even reach the floor when we put them on it. I hope she will use it for snuggling or something when she is a toddler.
