Review on Netmatter by Shane Minter

The support team is really helpful when you have questions or need assistance with your account! It can be confusing at first but once everything gets set up it seems to run smoothly without too many problems in between. I like how customizable netMatter is; we are able to adjust things as needed each time new products come out. There isn't anything specific dislike about this platform. Would love if there was an option where one could sync items from other sites such as Amazon instead of having to manually input all information again everytime they purchase something through our site. This has helped streamline processes so much more than any previous system we had used previously. We use netMatter primarily because their customer service is amazing compared to competitors. They're always willing answer emails/calls very quickly which helps us get back into production quicker.
