I really wanted to like this product and if it wasn't for the brightness I probably would have. I should have listened to other reviews before buying it. The brightness on my monitor is stuck at 20% which is too dark to use. I've tried connecting it to just USB-C, USB-C + Power, and HDMI + Power. Tried different sockets. Firstly, using the small switch to enter settings is inconvenient. Second, when I do this, I see the "Backlight, Contrast, ECO, DCR, and Sharpness" options in the "Picture" settings, but only the sharpness is editable and the highlight gets stuck at 20%. You can also quickly adjust the brightness by turning on the scroll bar and then editing, but again it doesn't move past 20% (volume works, which is the other way around). Oddly, I managed to adjust the brightness ONCE. And it was great in that moment. But after logging back into my computer shortly after (2 hours), it has been impossible to set it up ever since. Wait until you confirm this issue has been resolved before purchasing.
