I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.
Great sound for the price; I've already purchased the backup. The headband's design is extremely annoying; you want to be able to adjust it as needed and fasten it securely. Also, why doesn't anyone mention that short hair frequently wedges in the headband and that it's possible to pull out several hairs at once when taking out your ears?
