I couldn't find sizing info anywhere so thought I'd add it here: Measured around the kneecap: SM 12-14.5in MD 14.5-17LG 17-19 , 5XL 19.5-22 The size around my kneecap is 16.5 and the medium size should have fitted but was uncomfortably tight while the LG seems perfect. Offers very soft support yet is flexible enough for a variety of movements such as cycling or training on an elliptical trainer. Due to the length good support both above and below the knee. Based on previous experience with the shorter version, they last about two months with daily use and then lose too much elasticity to be of use.
