Not as good as old Panasonic phones. Smaller, lighter and cheaper designs. There is no non-slip rubber coating integrated on the back of the phone like the old model. There is no headphone jack. Doesn't feel like a 'quality device' compared to older models. Thinner plastic. The indicator on the handsets does not flash to indicate that a message is waiting. Smaller screen than the old device I've had for years. The keys don't feel as comfortable on the finger edges as they did on the older model. Poor sound quality and low volume. Bluetooth sound crackles. In the old model, it is easier to navigate the menu, more steps are required to perform certain functions. Bad battery life. The older model features ****basic phone functionality****. This seems to be the trend for most new products these days: cheaper construction, lower build quality. Added 2/15/2018 Bluetooth sound crackles and has so much static that the voice sounds completely distorted. Unused function.
