Great bag and great customer service!

This bag looks so pretty and can hold a lot of weight! It's perfect for transporting all my study essentials. I was disappointed when it arrived without the little storage bag it was advertised with but when I informed them of this they were quick to respond and sent it to me pretty quickly! I recommend this item and seller! :)
