Review on 🦄 Enchanting Rainbow Unicorn Birthday Costumes Headband: Sparkle with Magic! by James Cowan

I bought this for both a human cone and a cake for my friends 23rd birthday. The headband fit her perfectly and the cake bag was perfect. It came with shiny paper eyes that were easy to attach with icing. There was a plastic needle in the cake, but it wasn't attached to the unicorn. I didn't use balloons but the kit came with two little balloons that looked pretty. It was the best price I found including both horns.
