I love this product and this is the first Jessicurl product that has worked well for my hair. It's like an air conditioner with fixation. For reference, I have a rough, slightly porous, loose but strong wave, 2s but wavy as much as possible, the curl edge with some curls. Very low porosity AND henna coloring, which is probably atypical in this regard. This product allowed the natural pattern to form well and gave a bit of crunch that needed to be smoothed out, made my hair matt (I can usually be shiny with henna) with some powder left over. The hold didn't last all day, but they don't advertise it as a standalone product, so it's not necessarily a criticism. If you have softer waves and aren't prone to frizz, I think this will be a winner.
