I love these cutting boards! They are durable and have a nice rubber edge that keeps the board in place. There is a small puddle on the boards that looks like a slide, but I don't know the technical name so the juices don't automatically spill onto the table. They were easy to clean, I had the white ones with the blue border and I love them lol. The included bonus knife had a good grip and was easy to use. The weight is comfortable. It just isn't as sharp as my regular knives, but I'm a knife snob so I'm sure someone who doesn't have a high-end set would appreciate this one. There are never too many knives in the kitchen! I recommend this to everyone. That is a lot. I like it even more than the wooden butcher block I paid $130 for.
