Review on Heavy Duty Organizer Tier Rack by Tina Coleman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Alternative ideas suitable for kitchen and dining room

I have had a tier shelf in the past but this is by far the most durable and well finished shelf I have seen. Most are just wire, barely thicker than coat hangers, but this one is over a quarter inch thick solid steel with an enamel finish to protect your skillets. The spacing between tiers is larger than average and fits almost every pan I've seen. And unlike all similar products I've seen, it can be secured to the bottom of the cabinet to prevent the whole thing from moving or tipping over when you take the pan out. And the closures are there. This is not a defect of the product, but you must be aware that this 12.5 inch rack is large. Considering the space required for top-level use, you'll need 15 inches of vertical space in your closet. I know this because the closet I was planning to use it in has fixed shelving, so I only have about 12 inches of vertical space. What is nice is that the rack can be used horizontally and takes up less space. For me, the solution was to pull out the rarely used drawers from a cupboard so I now have room for my five most used pans in the space a pan would take up, all within easy reach right next to my stovetop. This is an impressive and well made product at the right price and comes highly recommended.
