I have been using Jobst for 25 years and have had polio and severe varicose veins and decided to try them. Two things really struck me about them: first, they're easier to put on and take off, and second, they have better silicone dots that actually hold them in place without glue. Even if they don't last longer, these two things are worth the difference in price. My only regret is that I didn't try them years ago because it's a lot of work putting on compression stockings every day and fighting them to keep me awake. These improvements are invaluable.
