Review on JK MIC J 044 Microphone Recording by Heidi Ramirez

Overall I am very happy with this microphone. However, after a few weeks of fairly constant use, the mic started crackling, which sounded like there was a malfunction somewhere in the mic line (sudden pops/pops/pops). When I wasn't using the mic cable, I wrapped it around the recorder, so I'm willing to admit it was my fault. However, I've always tried not to stretch the cord by pulling on the mic cable while winding it, so I'm a bit skeptical about the build quality of this mic. However, I ordered another Pro JK branded mic because they are affordable and useful. So far the quality has been very good.
