The support team was always very helpful in answering any questions that I had with my websites even when it came to minor things like updating templates or adding new products etc! It's not much but they are constantly improving their platform so there could be more improvement than what we have seen thus far if you're looking at web design services providers from Poland (like us).

We use Acris primarily as our website hosting provider - which has been great because this allows me full control over everything regarding site management without having employees working directly under mine who would otherwise handle all those responsibilities themselves anyway :).
