I spent a lot of money and bought this after trying about 5 or 6 other travel pillows over the last few years. This pillow was bought both for flying on the plane and for a car trip, and it even came in handy at home. The best thing about this pillow is the design. It's so nice when your neck doesn't fall forward or to the side when you fall asleep. It's comfortable in an upright position, tilted to one side and has a good chin rest in the front. Also important, but missing from many travel pillows, is the shape of the back. It folds into the pocket so your head can rest on the back of the seat too! I had severe allergy issues that limited my sleep at night. I often have to sit up when I fall asleep to breathe and swallow properly (yes I go to 2 specialists to find out what's causing this). This pillow allows me to sit comfortably every night and sleep for several hours before my throat problems subside and I can lie down. It saved a life. The only downside to this pillow is the cover. It's very cheap and after a few uses I'm sure the zipper will break soon. For this price, the company really should offer a quality bag that will last.
