Lovely dress - definitely runs small. I ordered a size 0 for my 13 year old daughter. She is 30-23-33 inches, 97# and 5 feet tall. 3.5". The dress fit her perfectly. Although it hugs her bust nicely (she would be 26C if they made bras that small), she is very small, and I think for someone who is more developed, would fit this dress.I expect the distress won't fit within a year as it continues to grow.(Besides its size, it easily fits children's size 44 clothes and usually we have to buy thin pieces if we are long can find enough.) This dress was an AWESOME find for her and looks amazing I hope she gets to wear it a few times before it gets too small.
