Only one piece came on the cuff

I ordered this last week and was very excited to receive it! But when it arrived it arrived in these little boxes and that was the first thing I opened. The leather strap was inside but not touchable. And I have no shred of communication so please reply ASAP because this is my boyfriend's birthday present and that's what he wanted.
