This remote looks exactly like the one that came with our Roku TV. My 2 year old son threw away this spare remote and it hasn't been the same since. This is the second replacement we have purchased from Revain and we have had exactly the same experience. The first time he threw it, we couldn't control the volume buttons properly. This is the second one, now we can't use the right arrow, so it's very difficult to maneuver when searching and browsing channels or apps. We understand the remote isn't meant to be thrown, but sometimes she just grabs it with her little hands when we're not looking, so I wish this product was a lot more durable.
