This is an amazing playset! The waterway is a lot of fun, and accessories - a boat slide, an island with trees and a water cannon, a mountain with a lift, a lock - add to the fun. The set includes two boats, one with a bear and one with an alligator, and our grandchildren had a lot of fun playing with them. It took three adults and two small children over an hour to put it together. It might have gone faster without the kids, but it's definitely a big project. When properly assembled it will not leak, but it does take time and attention. We originally thought we were giving the toy to a kindergarten, but we've changed our minds. Firstly it is ideal for a couple of children. It looks big enough for the crowd, but more than two or three boats would cause too much traffic on the waterway and ruin everyone's style. Second, it's too easy to understand. I had to stop and repair and refuel a few times in the first hour of the game. That's fine for home use, but can be a drag for school. Fortunately, the disassembly and reassembly does not cause wear and tear. It is very durable.
