I ordered this vehicle monitor and it really doesn't work the way they make it believe without going to an expensive plan. The display makes you think you know what the machine is doing all the time and updates are sent every 3 minutes. It doesn't tell you anything about what's going on, except for a ping every 3 minutes. So if you want to see if someone... then it speeds up or takes a different route than the one assigned, then it just doesn't, as you can see in the picture I've attached, it's like the vehicle flying over things rather than getting the actual route it was on and knowing the speed it was traveling at. You can guess what's going on between them or what roads are being used, but you'll never know for sure. The entire first part of the route in the image I attached had no vehicle speed readings, they were all shown as 0 mph because it appeared they were just updating when the vehicle stopped. The only accurate updates were when the car was on the freeway for a few minutes, which was only 2. It didn't update when the car turned, so instead of giving you an accurate route, it gave you the impression you were driving through houses or off-road. All in all, if you're looking to spend a ton of money on a plan then this will work, but overall I was incredibly disappointed with this purchase and will likely be returning it.
