Arrived badly dented/damaged. Doesn't stay the right length.
The chain is not smooth and has all sorts of kinks in damaged areas. Even with a small pendant, it does not retain its length. It slides to the longest length.
- the necklace is very pretty. But the clasp is difficult to open. I like that the length is adjustable
