Great for balance and core training...

Like many people I haven't been to the gym for about a year and a half due to the pandemic and have slowly started my home gym with kettlebells, bands, balance ball, exercise bikes etc. e. But I missed the Bosu balance machines that were in my gym. So I was delighted to receive this SPRI Balance Trainer as part of the Revain Vine Voice Review Program. And now it fills the same workout niche for me at home - it's great for balance work as well as core work to add a bit of extra work. I have just a few small comments: It was a bit more difficult. to fill it just right than I expected. I ended up using another pump I had and it worked really well. Also, although it's hard to tell, they appear to be slightly smaller than the Bosu shoes at my gym. But it's been so long that I'm not entirely sure, and this one is big enough for me, although a bit small for my husband who is 10 inches taller than me. I ordered him a slightly larger SPRI Pro Balance Trainer. So if you're a tall person, you might consider the Pro as well. (This one is 50cm long and fits up to 250 pounds, while the Pro is 65cm — or nearly 6 inches wider for those not metric users — and fits 300 pounds.) But none of those things aren't the one big deal and the SPRI balance machine is pretty solid, does what it says on the tin and adds variety to my home workouts which is why it gets 5 stars from me.
