I've been using exercise DVDs and balls for a few months with great results! I have had upper back and shoulder tension for many years. These treatments loosen muscles better than a professional massage. I do upper back and shoulder wall exercises twice a week and it has greatly reduced my anxiety and back pain. Apologies to the reviewer who suffered muscle damage from these exercises. I think before you start, be sure to watch it to the end. And if you have sensitive tissue or aren't sure what your body can handle, start with the Wall Exercise DVD. These exercises put less pressure on your muscles and are very effective. I am so thankful for this product! This has saved me a ton of money now that I no longer need a professional massage.
