This product is a waste of money. While it claims to offer self-massage benefits, it's just another overpriced gimmick in the Health and Household category.

These treatments loosen muscles better than a professional massage.

I've been using exercise DVDs and balls for a few months with great results! I have had upper back and shoulder tension for many years. These treatments loosen muscles better than a professional massage. I do upper back and shoulder wall exercises twice a week and it has greatly reduced my anxiety and back pain. Apologies to the reviewer who suffered muscle damage from these exercises. I think before you start, be sure to watch it to the end. And if you have sensitive tissue or aren't sure what

I was hoping to share some of these techniques with you, but it's taken too long to adapt to everything I do.
