Comprehensive Myofascial System

I took attended a master class with the creator of this system and have purchased some of these items in the past. I am a yoga teacher and massage therapist with over 30 years of experience. I was hoping to share some of these techniques with you, but it's taken too long to adapt to everything I do. So over the past few years I've bought a few of these sets for a few regular customers and left them with them. You seem happy. Meanwhile, until a recent car accident, I neglected many practices. I go to physical therapy and these practices go very well with what they recommend. They even gave me a few exercises in the face with a ball from this unknown system. In fact, I recommend this system more than any other, but you need to be dedicated and focused enough to do this at least 4-5 times a week. When you do this, you will be very pleased with the results of myofascial release in specific areas.
