While I don't give these gloves 5 stars in every category, they certainly get 5 stars overall. These other categories are not for these gloves. These gloves have only one purpose. For a good grip on objects. And they definitely do that and leave a lot of grip in reserve. At home, these things do simple things like opening a tight jar lid or holding your cat while you try to bathe her. You could probably open your jars just by twisting them in half with these things. They literally turn your hands into a vise. Your only limiting factor is your own power to twist things. In any case, nothing will slip out of your hands. This is definitely a 5 star item. No doubt if you had the strength you could use it to pull out stumps. Once you get a good grip, these gloves won't let go. You either rip apart what you're holding on to or your wrist rips off the ends of your arms, but nothing is going to slip easily through these babes. At this price they are good value. Much higher quality than I expected.
