Camera: I mainly use the K1ii for landscape and concert photography. I bought the K1II with the 28-105 and also use it with the FA 43 and DFA 100 macros. I've had the K3II for four years now and still use it with the DA series zooms. It's amazing how much the K1II has improved. Resolution and image quality are noticeably better, and the automatic noise reduction at high ISOs is quite serviceable and not at all intrusive. Color rendering is beautiful and better than k3ii in my opinion. Autofocus, ergonomics, controls are also much better, small improvements that add up and make it very pleasant to use. I really like the rear LCD and the three-choice control system. It still feels solid and impenetrable, and I look forward to using it in wet or very cold temperatures as long as the lens is also weatherproof. The JPEG is also slightly better than the k3ii, although you really do need to use RAW to get the most out of the sensor. YES 16-85 (for Apsk). It's sharp, focuses quickly, has pleasing bokeh and is weatherproof. As a landscape lens on a tripod, it's surprisingly versatile. Higher quality filters are affordable due to the relatively small diameter.
