The jacket looks and feels comfortable, but in August in humid Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with temperatures between the 80's and 90's it's too hot if you dont move. Gets warm quickly when stopped at traffic lights. Vest and windbreaker panels were a benefit for cooler weather, but once I tried them on I was sweating within a minute. He is not breathing and is heavy. Another benefit for me was being able to pull out the armor to wash the jacket. This morning. I tried my best to remove the armor but to no avail. The zipper needs to be a bit wider to take off this armor. Looks good and is comfortable in it. Mesh lets air through if you don't stop. I wanted to love it but if I was still in the return period I would return it.
