I have purchased several different wedges to use during recovery from ACL surgery. While it wasn't perfect, it was damn close! The width is perfect. I can certainly put both feet on it. It fits on the couch and on "my side" of the bed, leaving room. The height is perfect. The knee is slightly above the level of the heart. The angle is perfect. Even with my brace locked in the hole position, the angle was such that I could sleep in the brace with my leg elevated. If it was 2 inches longer the length would be perfect. I'm 5ft 6" and when the angle is positioned for maximum knee comfort, there is no support for my heel. I have to play around with the positioning to get comfortable, but once set up everything is fine. The blanket is comfortable, sleeps cool. I used it every night after my surgery all day and night intermittently. My PT thinks the elevation (and icing) keeps my swelling to a minimum.
