I purchased this product to be able to record videos hands-free and loved that it came with a clicker to take photos with my phone. When I received the tripod, it was clear that I would never be able to use these truly free hands. The rocker button doesn't have a lock, and you have to balance the phone at an odd angle hoping it doesn't tip over. Also, the speakerphone's clicker only works within about 5 feet, causing me to miss important photos during a surprise engagement session. Also, the bag it comes in fell apart after one use.
