Loose cap. in Heatsinks

For the price I think it's a good deal if you can get it to work. The cap is unthreaded (it's a half turn cap) and mine is very loose and doesn't seal. So free that I can foresee it vibrating during use. I also found some large mechanical chips in mine, so check the inside before installing if you decide to keep it. mine is going back
