I've had this chair for about a month now and I have to say that. armrests. You are so shaky. Although I don't think they will fall, it does get a little annoying when I put my hands on them. There is so much wiggle room. I don't know if that was a fault with my chair, but the manufacturer definitely needs to investigate. Adjustments are a great feature for people of different heights. It can only be me, but the seat cushion was too thin, I had to buy an extra seat cushion to be comfortable on this chair for a long time. The massaging lumbar support didn't work that well. I could not feel any difference between the two different settings. The supplied cable is too short. I had to buy an extension cord to plug it in everywhere. Despite this, I find this chair a bit overpriced for the condition in which I received it. For about $50 I could have gotten a much better chair, but I really didn't want to wait. 2 weeks until another chair comes
