The first laptop I ordered didn't work properly with my 2017 MacBook Pro. Accordingly, I returned it. Shortly thereafter, the seller contacted me and said that he wanted to make his customers happy and offered to send me a new device free of charge. I happily accepted their generous offer and said I'd try it as there were no strings attached (I wasn't asked to rate the product or say anything good about it). I am happy to report that this adapter works very well and I believe the first time I got a random lemon. For some people this adapter can be a bit bulky, but for me the size was exactly what I expected given the number of features. If you are using a laptop sleeve or sleeve that fits snugly around you, you must remove it before storing your computer. Despite the initial problem I had I am happy with it and will look out for their products in the future based on their excellent customer service.
