Review on Semeon Analytics by Saul Rivera

Everything about this tool is amazing! The simplicity of it's UI makes my life so much easier as an analyst at work - I literally just point to what part needs attention or improvement when something goes wrong in client sites (and even that isn't always necessary). It also allows me to view trends over time for things such as product usage by user, which helps us make critical decisions quickly. When we first used Semimon our team didn’t have any experience with SEM but since then they've become experts themselves using its incredible capabilities day after day without needing instructions. There are no downsides yet if anything I'd say their Support Team could take better care of customers questions than usual on other platforms/vendors. We use this software every single day and couldn't imagine being able to go back. You should definitely try out everything there before making up mind to buy one package vs another. Data visualization & trend analysis was not available earlier via different third party analytics tools, now with sememon all The ease of use and the ability to create multiple custom reports. I also love that it is easy to update. It takes some time to get used to how the system works but once you do you will be happy with how well it performs. If you are looking for analytics software that is scalable then this one is for you. We have been able to analyze our survey responses as well as our CRM data.
