Make sure to measure your dog before ordering! *** Now that I have that figured out, I want to start by THOSE VACATION OVERALLS ARE SO CUTE! I bought the red penguin jumpsuit in size XL for my 23 lbs. A cross between a Forsh Terrier and a Dachshund (a breed IMO). Its chest measures between 19 and 20 inches and its back is between 17 and 18 inches. It's hard to find shirts for him because he has such a long back for his height. I love the fit of this jumpsuit because it has quarter/half sleeves so they don't bunch up around his short legs. I appreciate the spandex around the bottom of the garment. This will prevent urine from getting on his clothes when he goes to the bathroom. In addition, the fabric is not too thick and feels very breathable. Perfect for our "Winters" in Arizona! The largest size, XXL, barely fits my other dog. She weighs about 35 pounds and is built like a gray hound (big chest and long legs). I don't remember her size. But I think it was an inch or two longer than the size chart says. I have to lift the outfit up her back legs so it doesn't constrict her neck and shoulders, but when I do that she doesn't look cramped at all! I hope this review helps any buyers who are on the fence!
