Much nicer than stuffing a garbage bag or other plastic bag with clothes to keep the suitcase clean. When empty, folds nicely flat and packs away. It gets the job done, looks nice, and seems reasonably well made. If you're happy to put your dirty clothes in garbage bags every trip, give it up for the price, but I wanted to stay with friends and my neighborhood didn't look like a mess or a dump.
