I bought this dryer for my wife who has been bottling kombucha for a few years. She uses a swing top brew bottle and has been wanting to try this rack for a long time. When it arrived she unpacked it and was pleased with it. After the first application I was completely amazed. It dries bottles very evenly and holds swing-top bottles with ease. The flip top bottles are quite large so she split the rack rather than stacking them on top of each other but it works great. If you reuse bottles and want to keep them stable after washing so they can dry evenly, then this rack is for you.
